I took a friend to this place. The clinic workers were very kind but cautious (justifyingly so). No visitors allowed inside. Counseling, ultrasounds, etc were also included if you'd like. WARNING: Be cautious of anyone standing outside the building approaching you. They are pro-lifers who care more about guilt tripping anyone involved with the clinic than offering real support. They will verbally attack and harass you, or anyone you're there for, while guilting you. If they had a gentler approach and message with options it would have been better, but in our experience they only wanted to justify themselves while painting everyone else as villainous baby murderers. Even if it is not your choice, but someone else's they will try to turn you against their decision so you can guilt them yourself, so be cautious about bringing someone along. I've also noticed that all the 1 star reviews I've seen so far seemed to sound suspiciously like the people hunting outside for these vulnerable women spreading false information. Please do research yourself. No one needs to be judging you as my friend felt from being caught up with these people who'll pretend to be a part of the clinic to pull you in.

I had an abortion at 6 weeks, at this facility and couldn't be more pleased with the care I was given. I was grateful to not have to travel to Atlanta. Every clinic worker was professional & caring of what I was going through. Highly recommend this facility and I'm proud to have it here in Columbus!

This place is not what I expected it to be no thanks to the negative reviews, My experience here was welcoming the whole entire staff there are so nice and caring making sure us ladies are being taking care of and comfortable and I also love the natural vibe there they kept me laughing. Their number one priority was to make their guest feel welcomed and they did just that, Thank u to the whole staff for caring for me.
