The last time I asked about restocking, a staff told me it.was Saturday, but when I came back on Saturday they just restock mostly the shirt, notebooks, pens but not the standing dolls and bag charms. This was on somewhere in March. The staff said those were the things delivered and I ask again when's the next delivery and said they didn't know. Everybody writing there name in the fur of the oversized Line friend. The store was even cool enough to give google local guides of a certain level some free swag. Though they don't sell the cushions online, I know that you can find a bunch shipped by the LINE store on amazon (But the shipping is really ezpensive- at $15.00 per item).But there are bunch of websites that sell them, but maybe they're not safe because it's not the Official LINE website. Also, if you have twitter, and know there's a bunch of accounts that also go and buy the item and ship it to you free, but you have to pay the price of the item, via Paypal or some other paying system online. I bet Items can sell out pretty fast depending on demand. The store gets a lot of traffic and is in the belly of Times Square. If you are excited about the merchandise, imagine how others feel. I went to pick up a bag gift for being a guide. There were others there for same reason. Everyone came away with a pen you can find in the dollar store. They were supposed to replace with something of equal value. This clearly was not. As one guide stated, or was refused a bag gift, there was a box of them behind the counter but the cashier said those were for sale only at $15 If they can't honor a specific deal w/a large business, I wouldn't trust them. Cute stuff tho. Had planned to get a few holiday gifts but didn't want to reward bad behavior. YMMV but I won't be going back
