Check the BT21 Twitter page. There is a notice asking people to read the page before visiting the Line Friends store. It states products may sell out during operation hours due to limited quantity of incoming items. Free gifts are also in limited quantity. Go get whatever it is that you want now. I tried to wait for the right time to visit. It turns out what I wanted sold out in two days. I won't let that happen twice.
