I've heard multiple things about BT21 being in the store So are they only in the store during the holidays like Christmas or are they always there OwO UwU

They always have BT21 merchandise in the store, not just in some days. You will find many cute things from all characters (Chimmy, Tata, Mang, Cooky, Shooky, Koya, RJ, and Van)

There's BT21 there all year, they have a separate room to the right when you walk in for just BT21 with individual statues, pillows, all of the same things for all the characters! 💜
