Do NOT use this place!! I ordered a year supply of contacts and almost 3 months later still don’t have them. Now, the office is refusing to take my calls or return my messages. Very unprofessional!! Beware!!

I have been waiting a month for my daughter's glasses and some contact lenses for me. every time I call they don't call me back, and if I go to the store in PSL they tell me that they come after 5:00 pm (the prescription or the lab) and they don't tell me anything else, the staff is very friendly, but the Horrible service, I don't know if it has happened to someone else but it makes me very angry, if they don't have a laboratory for special prescriptions, it is better to explain it and not make the client goes around wasting fuel and time. Well, here I am complaining. It has now been 3 weeks and I don’t have the glasses I ordered and told I would have in less than two weeks. I guess I’ll be one of those that fell through the cracks. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering my glasses. No calls, no professionalism, I guess it’s just a sign of the times. I will go in again today, I’m curious on what I’ll be told. Stay tuned for part 2.
