The kids begged to come here and I was expecting it to be packed. We came here on a Friday around 2pm and became members right away. The crew members here are fantastIc. They engage with the kids, they are sweet and careful with the little ones, they have great energy and they are customer service experts. I love that there are time limits because that keeps the crowds under control. There is a lot to do for everyone in the family. I’m keeping my membership for as long as it exits. Love it!

Too many teenagers running around fast. no one brought it to their's attention... i had 3 grandkids 6,7,8yrs. some male Adult broke his arm, EMS was called while the man laid yelling. Terrible experience probably never going back

I booked a last minute party which I was told was not a problem and it was a complete disaster. I have emailed corporate, tried to call but no one answers, called directly to the location and emailed the owner, NO response. How do you guys operate a business like this with zero communication or customer service?

Definitely not too young! They have a kid jump time on weekday mornings 9:00-10:00 am where you pay for the child's ticket and one parent can jump for free. That's specifically for kids ages 6 and under and their parents. Or if you want to go another time, you can just pay for the child and you can get an observer wristband so you can follow her around without having to pay. I think she would have a blast
Yes, our special Flying Panda grip socks are required. They cost only $3 per pair and are yours to keep so you can bring them back again and again

If you're attending a birthday party all jumpers get socks included as part of the package. Most grown ups either dont jump or pay for their own.

Yes, they allow all different age groups in at the same time. Everyone signs a waiver before you can bounce with your group. Different groups go in every half hour. From infants to adults there is no age limits, there is a drop you have to be at least 10 or 11 to do but other than that there's no age restrictions..
It's $17 an hour + $3 for socks , but trust me it's worth every penny !! Took my son for his 8th BIRTHDAY with 5 of his classmates and they has a ball !I'm 55 and I even did it ! Makes you feel young again !! It's really so much fun ! We stay for 2 hours !! And once you buy the socks keep them , so next time you go you won't have to buy "em" again !! FAMILY FUN !!

There is a place called rush on us 1 in jenson beach I know they have a night where it is for children with autism. It's just like flying Panda but not as big. My 4 year old has autism and she is not as overwhelmed at rush as she is with the flying panda

Three of my kids had a birthday party there this Saturday at 2pm. It was busy but the kids were not crowded and had plenty to do out in the jump area. That staff was also good and attentive to the kids as they jumped.
You can download it and do it at home to bring with you or you can do it when you get there. Just soeeds things up a bit.

No all you get is a hostess , you have to bring your own pizza , cake or any food you wants, and drinks ! It cost $100.00 for 45 minutes in the party room for 10 people ! A little over priced if you asked me . It's $17 an hour , and $3 for jumping socks ! You can pay for as many hours as you want ! It is alot of fun , but a bit expensive !! Hope I helped !!
