Just go to the front desk and they will get you register just dont forget to wear socks or you have to buy have fun
No charge to watch, but for the kids to use what's there, a charge, go in to the customer desk to your left, or call and they will be able to answer whatever you need to know, and it will be fun just sitting and watching the kids enjoy it.
No fee for observation...
