They're still working on the station so it's very inconvenient at the moment. Probably be great once they're done but as of now, very difficult

Very spacious and clean for the most time there; very informative about the arrivals and departures of Long Island trains; courteous staff who will help you coming fromand going to Long Island; awareness of the prices between peak and off peak hours; always schedule your trips in advance so that way you'll understand how much each trip will cost and the timing of departure. Would have given it a five-star if they had extra trains to help us move from point A to b in the weekends...

Google Maps says 1.9 miles walking

Is there a address specifically for the $3 lot? Is it pay the price when you leave? The car would be parked 1½ nights.

Currently there is construction of a new parking garage to add spaces to the lot north of Union Ave. Due to construction, that lot is closed. The south lot by the section of Railroad ave. near the station requires a sticker that shows you reside in Westbury but has no per day fee. Parking spots have been borrowed in the old "The Source" mall on Old Country Rd with frequent free shuttle buses between that remote parking area and the station. My understanding is the parking is free. I don't own a car so I'm just telling what I read on posters at the station. I walk to the station myself and walking remains free transportation. IMHO, you might be better off taking an Uber or a taxi to the station and leaving your car at home.
