If I could put no stars I would they've had my car for over a week and they still haven't diagnosed it after telling me there's a 72 hour wait. Absolutely unacceptable you can't talk to anybody they put you on the phone with a receptionist who has no answers and then tells you that nobody can assist you at the moment
