Absolutely terrible. I booked online yesterday, confirmed a car reservation. When I got there the guy just tells me they have no cars to give me. I call today, reserve with the customer service. Call the actual place, and they have no cars! How do you run a business where you continually promise something and them cannot deliver! Horrible.

Great customer service, especially by Muhammed Haleem Salaam, very personable and very thorough, I would definitely do business with him again. However,vehicle had damage inside and was dissatisfied with the vehicle. Currently cars are a little older due to the shortage of new vehicles.

Yes you can, but you must have enough money in your account to cover the security deposit they will take out of the account vs a credit card they just put a hold on a certain amount then release it once the vehicle checks out in return and it may take 24 to 48 hours. So if you can deal with them holding your cash for at least that long after the return and then the return process back to your card.
