This place is a total waste of time. You do so much to get in front of a judge just to have no time to talk. Assigned lawyers are a disgrace. Support magistrate is heartless and never listens to people.

these people are the ones who say that they help other people by making their best decisions and they are not capable of answering a phone the services are fatal I do not recommend these sites there is no respect for humanity from these places they only care about taking their salary

Make sure you ask for an attorney - the judge may not being it up, you have to ask for it yourself, then Anne's response is spot on. My understanding is if it is a violation against you they will appoint one, but if you're the plaintiff they won't. But step 1 - make sure you ask the Judge to appoint you an attorney.
Go there
Only the judge can do that so that's whenever your court date is scheduled for. You can try and request an emergency hearing, go to the office in Family Court and they can best advise you of it can be moved up on the calendar. Or, go file an order of protection against the other party, to protect yourself in the meantime.
You can bring your baby, I think they still have a nursery in the building. But they recommend you not to bring the baby depending on your situation at court. If it's about custody the baby's attorney usually just wants to see the baby at least once and that's it and if you could have someone come with you that would alot better. I have a son so my parents came with me and they watched him for me while I went inside the room.
No. The courts are closed for the Juneteenth Federal Holiday.
Thanks, but what about when the hearing is virtual?
Have the DNA test
say that she's violation to the order, also you can call the lawyer that's on your case and have her communicate with the other party.
I'm not sure anyone here should be giving legal advice. Talk to your lawyer or the clerks at the court house.
Go to family court. They can give you a copy
Wrong
Yes you can tell me more about the situation
Speak to an attorney.
sadly they are gonna side with the mother simply because she has had the child and they are gonna try and get your son for child support as soon as they can it's a crooked system tell your son don't sign any of they paperwork
Send a Fax to the Judge and request an adjournment, or you can go to the office and they can give you a piece of paper to fill out and file.
In the USA it is fine but u can’t take the child outside the US
Was the order temporary? Either way i think u have to go before the judge
Yes
Ask your local police department about getting a Pins Petition. You mace to go to court as well.
It is best if you have your lawyer notify the courts
You must go to family court and file a petition for a judge to decide.
No. 400 County Seat Drive, Mineola
Yes
You can but you have to file with family court.
No they can't get it. I have to have very serious reasons to get temporary custody.
No unless the father agreed that you can take them if you take the out the state without him knowing or permission you can get charged with kidnapping your own kids as weird as it sounds.
