Amazing experience from shipping my boxes from Los Angeles to receiving it in Yerevan. I was nervous using them due to bad experiences from other shipping companies, however they exceeded my expectations! Even in Yerevan they gave me A+ customer service. It's been over 55 days, my package said 30-40 days max. I emailed and called Haypost, not a single response. I have no idea what happened to my package i paid over 200 for. No response if it's on the way or lost. this is not good! Step it up guys!

What we normally ask our customers with heavy items , is to drop off the packages in our office first ,and then to find parking. We hope this inconvenience will not affect your business with us!
