I ordered my pots and pans through Amazon, and they did not come. I just moved out and could not handle eating out again. I went to a Crate and Barrel all the way in Torrance because online it said it was available in the store. I could see the whole 10 Piece separately on display, broken into smaller prices. They said it was available to order and would take 7-10 days! Sooo, I called Sur La Table in Glendale. They were so helpful, my card for some reason was not working at the store, so I ordered to pick up online. They warned me it would take some time for the store to receive it. I walked around, grabbed a few more things went to a nice Wine Bar. Then received a call that might items were ready, right before I even received my email. Was having a really bad day, and seriously appreciate some great customer service. Also it was my first time into Crate and Barrel, as well as Sur La Table. I will be shopping very soon again at Sur La Table!

Hm not gout not bad so few things have the rest us on line but overall good price for mostly made in Italy love it but don’t have more things like table clothes ext like William Sonoma use to be in our area they have more nice things but really don’t like it made in Russia or china and recently bought things from both. Sue la table and William Sonoma well from on line you can see style and price but not quality as William Sonoma some things they didn’t cut all in same like napkins one set but all deferent one small one bit big don’t like it and sur la table good for coffee things some times my brother buy some time me or go there but quality as light china set all so heavy but don’t put in packet bags so very soon torn a part naylon is much better safer as mine I took garbage naylon from cleaner woman to bring home from Americana

Great store, great selection of kitchen ware, practical and decorative stuff. It’s good to go back to traditional shopping after (almost…) pandemic, so we can touch and feel and see the products up close. Prices are reasonable and almost a match to Amazon. Nice, friendly and professional customer service. 60 days return policy with receipt. Located at the edge of beautiful Americana on Brand Blvd. In Where else but wonderful Glendale California.
