My 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid developed a serious problem about 1 hour south of Ashland. We were driving from the SF Bay Area to Portland just before Labor Day weekend. Trevor, a most excellent service advisor, was so helpful! We ended up having to leave the car at Butler Ford for almost two weeks as the necessary part was back-ordered. Trevor kept us informed during the diagnosis and while waiting for parts. I highly recommend the service department based on this experience!

Very dissatisfied with what once was a good operation. The details: (1) I call to setup the 55,000 mile oil change which is part of a prepaid plan. The service rep advises, "Well, since you're coming in, why not skip the 55,000 and go straight to the 60,000?" Why not, because, sleaseball, the 55,000 is free and the 60,000 major costs several hundred dollars! Thanks for your suggestion! (2) I'm called in for a recall on the vehicle. I arrange to have the car in for half a day, at the end of which I am informed that they cannot do the work because they don't have all the parts. Now wouldn't you think they would know ahead of time whether they had the parts? Now I have to schedule another time-wasting visit. (3) I've been aware recently of a rodent infestation in the engine compartment and called them for their suggestions as to how I might approach this. The guy I spoke to did not listen to me, made a few vague and unhelpful comments, and couldn't end the conversation quickly enough. I am very dissatisfied with Butler!

I bought a truck from them and they did not going through the veh at all. 1st the brakes were bad when i drove it off the lot took it back and they fixed the brakes and the mech drive it and found that the brakes in front were bad as well and they had to replace the rotors. then my engine went out on it i had to buy another engine, now my brakes are shock because the dealership put on cheap brakes, and now i have to replace the brakes again. i hadn't had the truck to long and it hasn't been driven that much. I will not buy anything from them again.
