A supermarket pharmacy with cosmetics, clothes, etc... to get out of trouble... it has 2 floors, the prices are excessively expensive...

The CVS at Second Avenue and 64th Street is THE WORST CVS Store in New York City! I got put ON HOLD for OVER 20 MINUTES two times by the Pharmacy. No one ever answered the phone. Then I tried to call the Manager, again, I was put ON HOLD for OVER 20 MINUTES. No one ever answered the phone. After trying to call the Manager again, a Supervisor finally answered the phone, after 10 minutes. I explained that I was trying to speak with the Pharmacy, he said he understood my frustration, and he asked me to hole for JUST A FEW MINUTES while he personally walked over to the Pharmacy. Needless to say, my call dropped back into the HOLD SYSTEM, AND NOBODY EVER CAME BACK ON THE LINE. THE WORST STORE, THE WORST STORE, THE WORST STORE!
