Just another Saturday morning May 28th 2022. It’s 7:20 am and 25 people standing at door to get in. It’s still closed and like this almost every Saturday morning. Never open on time.

Signed up PF over the past 2 weeks. So far it is a pleasant experience. Machines are clean, staff is helpful, and machines are available. On the other hand I do see people growing out of this gym relatively quickly. It’s great for beginners but experienced Gymmers would prolly not find PF up to par.

Hauppauge Planet Fitness has to be the worst. I personally haven't been there in over a year and now glad I have not. It seems that the staff is ill advised on basic replacement of common gym equipment etc...Staff response to this issue"items are discontinued." When all other local Planet fitness have either added the item/still providing the benefits of it's availability. CLEARLY NOT DISCONTINUED. Though plenty of staff on board,the bath room is filthy! I was forced to leave w/o using it. Due to the horrendous stench dirty stalls that were filled with waste or out of order. Best part of this ordeal was to leave so I thought. Only to discover someone hit the bumper of the car. Didn't even spend a full 30 minutes to have this happen wow.Had to file a police report etc. STAFF TOTALLY UNHELPFUL. Advised new C19 policy doesn't allow them to access camera footage!!! And only the corporate office has access to cameras.Needless to say this is the second parking lot car incident at this Gym in 2years. Never going back to this location. Totally disgusted. Conveniently the manager was on vacation. leaving the assistant manager, not that this should make a difference in professionalism. But for the new staff at this location I haven't a pleasant word for any of them. Yesterday 3pm Jan/27/2021. Much rather exercise from home if it means ever going back. WOW!

Yes you need to make a schedule and it's a one-on-one training. It's a very skinny lady at Planet Fitness in Hauppauge who gives the training.
