We reserved a cabin for 8 days. First few days were fine, then we noticed three mice the same day. My Mother who has dementia and lives with us was at a respite facility while we were on vacation. I asked them if we could leave a day early because my Mom was having issues at the facility and we needed to pick her up early. Management said they feel very bad for my situation and wished they could do something for me but they couldn’t. In fact they could have done something, but they chose not too. I’ll be back to Estes but I won’t stay here.

Loved our 4 night stay here!!! My husband, furbabies and I will be back. So relaxing and beautiful. Tracy the office manager was kind and helpful. Super cute cabin number 13. We will be back! Cabins are AMAZING!! Thank you tiny town for the awesome vacation!!!

First time staying at Tiny Town, and will definitely be back. We stayed in #15 & #5. We stayed in two cabins throughout our time here and found both to accommodate our needs just fine. Cabins are fully equipped- running water and electricity. Kitchen had a coffee pot, microwave, gas stove/oven, fridge and all the dishes/pots/pans/silverware needed. Bedroom had sheets, extra blankets/pillows. Bathroom - towels, soaps were provided Outside amenities: picnic table/Adirondack chairs. Location is perfect if you’re planning on visiting RMNP, or downtown Estes. This property does butt up against the river which is awesome , but there is an rv park right behind it as well so at times it did seem busy. Wildlife was plentiful - had elk pass through twice in our 4 day stay. Lots of good restaurants nearby; smokin Dave’s and Ed’s cantina were our favorites.

Mostly nice but there were some small things that could be improved to make the experience more enjoyable. The back door of the cabin we were in had a bunch of staples sticking out and one of them drew blood when I caught my hand on it so that is definitely something to look out for. The bed is super squeaky and the water heater is very loud which made it difficult sleeping through the night with another person if they moved at all or had to get up to run the water for any reason. The shower head is at a weird angle that can’t be changed so showering is a bit awkward. Other than that, it was a great, quiet place to spend some time by the river! The kitchen is small and knives are old and dull but it has everything you might need. The cabins are pretty close together but it still felt private. It feels a tad overpriced for how outdated some things are but still worth it.
