Loved the Rocky trail and walk up. Don't expect great views and peaceful walk because the Hwy is next to it most of the time. But it is dog friendly trail (guess the only one around here) and offers nice rock climbing. Parking is very limited too.

Great trail with great views. There is about 1,100 of elevation gain from the head to the end so be ready. The trail is poorly marked in areas and can be difficult to find as you descend. Take plenty of water

Looking for a hike with a lookout/view shortly after the starting point. I remember a beautiful area on this trail shortly after the starting point but just want to know if anyone else remembers? Thanks!

I wouldn't say this is a good hike for that. There are views yes, but same views you get from any highway until you're higher up.
