I wouldn't say this is a good hike for that. There are views yes, but same views you get from any highway until you're higher up.
There are a couple lookouts on that trail. They look over the town of Estes. But, if I remember correctly they start at the first big turn which takes 30 or more minutes to hike to. The top of this trail does have great views.
