One of the better big box hardware experiences I've had in a while. Needed specific screws, and couldn't find them. The young lady working knew right where they were. Keep it up! Much better than the orange guys, locally at least.

Made an online purchase to the store over a holiday weekend. They notified me initially that it was out of stock I asked for more options and the call ended. Then they went ahead canceled part of my order and I was left to foot the bill since it no longer met the weekend deal. All without notifying me. I wouldn't trust the online purchasing for holiday deals.

Matthew from appliances should learn how to speak with people over the phone. Sighing and giving me a hard time to reschedule a delivery isn’t the right way. You don’t have to explain to me every detail of how it’s an inconvenience, it’s a yes sir or sorry we can’t do it. Simple. And once I ask for your name also including title as the boss doesn’t help it only make me more disappointed someone in charge doesn’t even have 1% manners or kindness in your life. If you treat me a random person who wants a simple reschedule with such rudeness I can’t imagine how terrible he treats his employees or family when they mildly inconvenience him. Take this as a learning opportunity and just be nice to people or if that’s too difficult find a job that doesn’t require interacting with others or actually brings you happiness because you sounded miserable.

Stock is challenging right now! When I picked the tile out, there was plenty of stock on the shelf - but when I went back 2 days later… not enough. So the employee sent me across town to another store which was supposed to have 26 boxes... It had zero boxes. A Store manager on his lunch break at Cottonwood Lowes helped me figure out where they SHOULD have been (on the shelf). I appreciate that! But I’ll have to wait a month to get what I need.
