I love going to Lowe’s, great store they have self checkout, good hours, they seem lite on specialty tools when I’ve needed them the last handful of times. Overall though excellent store.

Unfortunately, almost every time I’ve come here the customer service has not been very good. I visited the garden department 6/18 around 4 and the person working at the cash register was not friendly or helpful. I asked him where I could find soil for an aloe plant and he couldn’t give me a straight answer, so I googled it and it turns out the bag of soil was right behind him. I then told him that so maybe he could help out a future customer, and he did not care. Horrible customer service from him. I prefer Home Depot where they are a lot friendlier.

Missed 2 deliveries after purchasing appliances online. They very confused, try home depot for appliances. Lowes mgs say they need to subcontract gas line installation for dryer. I cancelled and had way better experience at home depot

Called ahead of time to make sure they have the part. They said they did. I drove there they did not have what I needed but they did tell me that the other motor work. I purchased it and went home and was unable to finish my air conditioner repair. Very disappointed when two employees agreed that the motor would work for my fan. I told them I needed 230 V and it had to be a quarter horsepower. And I had central air not air evaporative cooler. Wasted time finding out that the part was incorrect. It was definitely frustrating. Definitely frustrated that the employees both said it would work and that's why I bought it . Such a waste of time and energy. Went to a local Place, had the right part in less than an hour even though they have to drive across town and get it brought to their store. Now that's what I call service . Ended up driving halfway across town today to return the product the next day. The return was painless at the other store. It's on a receipt saw the product that's why I explained the apologized I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will be writing a review for their store over there as well.

They restrict entry if there are too many people, otherwise it is pretty normal, you have to wear a mask and socially distance like everywhere

Yes n sometimes its wiser to call before you go there, if they not busy they close.
Depending on size, thickness, grade, rough finish, smooth finish, best to call them
They have replacements, but I don't believe they do resurfacing
