BASKET TRAINING NEEDED: 1. They never have enough of them. 2. Today, Thursday at 8:45 am there were NONE to be found AND THE PARKING LOT WAS PRETTY EMPTY of customers. 3. They usually have two workers standing right there by the baskets, as you enter, and they have never helped me pull apart a tangled basket. They don't even greet customers. I'm not sure what their job is? Other employees are helpful and I've been really impressed with about 4 of them. But, the MANAGER needs to get a "handle" on providing baskets at the entrance. I was ready to shop, but could only hold the 1 gallon of CLR I came in for. Their loss.

Found the rake I needed. it was on the top shelf where they keep overflow, as the display was empty.. Asked associate if he can get a couple down for me as I needed them. He looked at me and laugh. Then told me “yeah not gonna happen bro. Every Forklift in building is broken. Took my business to Lowes!

I've had a few ups and downs with this store's customer service, however when I went to the sink area for kitchens a worker by the name of Emily was truly helpful. She tried so hard looking for the right sink for our customers problem. She took her time gave so many options was polite and patient and just all around NICE, FUNNY and Great to just laugh and talk to Thank you Emily for everything she deserves all the badges Home Depot has to offer She's a person you retain no matter the cost.
