SLOWER THEN MOLASSES IN THE WINTER AND INCOMPETENT TO BOOT! I put in the order at the drive thru, there was one car in front of me. It took an additional five minutes for them to finish that order, then pull up to the window. I wait 6.5 minutes to be acknowledged, he finally takes payment, and says we're still working on your order "park in the furthest spot to the left" and gives me a vague hand motion. I pull around to what is my best guess, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. After 15 minutes I go inside to find out what is going on. I wait for a cashier who clearly has not been trained correctly to help the person in front of me (another 3 minutes or so) I tell her what's wrong and her manager swoops in and said "oh he looked for you." Well if he had given me clear instructions he wouldn't have had to look. IF I go back I shan't leave the drive thru next time. I'll stay in it til I get my order. Quality wise Blake's is Blake's, but the fact they have the gall to call themselves fast food is appalling.

Food is always good,ice cream machine for shakes always seems to be broke. I ate in the day not my room a couple weeks ago and should've brought a fly swatter to fen off the dozen flies buzzed ng around my head while I ate. Next time we all take it home and eat it there

First time at this location. For lunch. I hot the burger NM style of course! I was great. I don't eat gluten so I got in a bowl. Very good flavor on the burger. Needed to add ketchup but that's not unusual. The strawberry shake was great and fast from the kitchen. The seasoned fries were certainly the highlight! They were crispy and soft at the same time and seasoning mix was perfect. I would definitely eat lunch here again.

I have mentioned 2x in the last couple of days to management (Michael) that the outside trash was over flowing. Both times nothing done, grosssss! Sorry I didn’t take a picture of my dry burger, and boy the prices sure have increased! I have to say, your season fry’s are delicious! Sometimes I wish I were a secret shopper 😜
