Ugh. Where to start? I gave three stars reluctantly. Although the food taste has stayed consistent it is definitely not as good as it used to be. We, the public, miss the old Blake's. The new Lotaburger management hasn't bombed completely but it's not "better". Customization of orders is completely out the window nowadays. As a person with food allergies, I will only go here for a soda since I can't trust my food will be correct or modify it at all. I'm not averse to change but it should be better, not lateral or worse in some areas.

I have been to many Blakes across the city and I just had the worst drive through experience of my life at Blakes on Golf Course. I ordered my food at 1158 am and planned on taking my lunch break from 12 to 1230. I did not get my food until 1245, and then it was the wrong food. I walked into the building and there was 1 customer at the counter and the place was empty. Customer behind me was wrong also. We exchanged bags before I could even talk to a manager. Had I been on my personal time I would have stayed and given them an ear full my lunch and day was ruined. I will never go back to that store. Ever...

I don’t see how this location can afford to keep the lights on when they can barely get two burritos out every 25 minutes. You’d might as well send everyone home at that point and let the people sitting stuck in the drive-thru lane out. It’s not the first time this has happened either. Once I drove up to this location and the drive-thru attendant informed us that they are only prioritizing online orders, and that the wait would be at least 45 minutes. Does management really think it’s okay for people physically at this location to be back-burned in their drive-thru for half hour increments? It requires a lot of mental gymnastics for that to make any feasible sense.

I went through the drive thru today. The female employee at the window was EXTREMELY RUDE! I will not be going back! Management needs to train their employees on customer service. The way that girl is treating people is not acceptable!! Maybe you all need to realize, its the customers that are paying your paycheck. Maybe you should treat them better! The food wasn't even good either! Super sloppy!
