5 Star Burgers

Service was mediocre at best. I ordered a burger medium & got well done. In telling the waitress she took it back & returned 20 minutes later with another well done burger. It was dropped off & the waitress never came back until returning to drop off the check. The smell inside was disgusting & luckily outside was open. WHAT happened to this establishment? Used to be a favorite & now going back is doubtful.

Food was very appealing until uncertified animal was allowed in to set next to me and was surprised by this. When the pet hair from the adorable dog sniffing my legs flew into my food i was no longer hungry. If you have pets please bring all of them here when you want to dine out. There are no restrictions so please bring them. The staff are very nice and even brought the dog next to me a bowl of water and placed it on the floor all while attending to my request no hand washing needed. This place is awsome!

Very disappointing experience at 5 Star Burgers. When we arrived, it took the host nearly 5 minutes to find us a table, while we could see at least 5 open tables. When we were finally seated, we didn't see our server for nearly ten minutes. Neither he, nor the host offered us a booster seat for our toddler. The burgers tasted good, but the buns were soggy and my wife's burger completely broke apart as soon as she picked it up. We ordered the mixed cart of fries for $4.25 and it had fewer fries than our daughter's $4.00 kids meal. Very poor value. We were left waiting another 10 minutes after receiving the check for our server to come back and take our payment, but never even saw him in the dining room in that time. We had to flag down someone else to help us. The table next to us had a similar experience. They received their drinks, then the server disappeared on them. We won't be coming here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Embarrassingly poor service and disappointing food.

10/21: 5 stars for well...5 Star (or Five Star) I am not a burger lover but this place captured my attention and taste buds. Neighborhood eatery that was crowded for lunch, but got a table right away. Yes there is patio seating when available. Although the restaurant seemed a tad dark in lighting (maybe because of Halloween, idk...) it was extremely clean, friendly staff and I enjoyed that hormone-free, chemical-free, unfiltered burger. Drink before you eat, right?! Had a cold strawberry mimosa. And, here comes the food part 😁. I ordered the 5 Star Burger that has gorgonzola cheese, applewood smoked bacon and garnish on the side. Yummy thick meat in the mouth for $10.50. Fries or onion rings $2-$4 extra, just letting you know well in advanced. Overall, yes, definitely recommend 5* Burger. Enjoy
