I'm new in town so I've never had or heard of Blake's, but wow am I pleasantly surprised! I got the chicken sandwich with the Blake's sauce, sooo good! I'll definitely have to eat here again. I got the plain fries and they weren't amazing but you could tell they were simple fries made from real potatoes. I'll have to try the seasoned fries next time.

Waited 45 mins for 3 burritos and two side of hash brown. Told me I couldn't have extra crispy hash browns, got home and my wife's burrito was cold. Worse Blake's in town. Tortilla was dry and falling apart.

I ordered two double meat combos large, when I got home the burgers were so gross and very greasy, not cooked all the way, still red , and the fries were very cold and the vegetables were very soggy, it’s just not the same anymore at this store, they don’t care how your food comes out! the drinks I asked for easy ice and they gave me extra ice, I tried calling them to let them know , and there’s no way of getting ahold of the store on San Antonio Albuquerque, I need to speak with a manager about this! We couldn’t even eat this food, I would like a refund!!

Don’t get me wrong I love their food. However, every time I order online I’m missing something and I hate driving back. I’ve done this 3 times this year. I called the number on the receipt and the number is to an automated system. I ask for a rep and waited 6 mins. No answer. The reason for the 3 star review is I’m missing a patty…. Out $1.90 oh whale. Lastly, no signage on the lobby door stating they’re drive thru only
