If I could give this store a minus rating I would!! Email said order ready to be picked up. Parked in pickup area in 100° temp. Waited. Staff couldn't find order or the manager. We'll call you. No call. 3 days later email said order ready to be picked up. Parked in pick up area in 100° temp. Called store. Waited 30 minutes. No one called or came to my car. No phone call later. 3 days later email said my order was sent back. Lost this customer forever. Don't call me about this review.

Review has little to do with this particular store, rather the ordering and pickup process. Staff always rates 5 stars. I ordered 24 sets of cabinet hinges, website indicates more than twice that quantity is available at the store, I can get them later today. Order placed and paid for. Then the delay email shows up. Instead of today, I get to wait a week... what? I presume what I ordered are high theft items, possibly gone from the store, THANKS, jackass shoplifters. In addition to the delay email, I get a text telling me some items are in a locker at the store, click the link and get a status, which circles back around to nothing available for a week. Very confused, now. It would be quite beneficial to know if there is availability at another local store, so I can get a move on with the project. Plus apparently home delivery would be faster, I would have chosen it had I known the in store issue.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely no one would help us. After 20 minutes of walking around trying to find someone and the item we were looking for, we reached the Assistant store manager who told us pretty much just to go to Home Depot at that we could look on isle 40 if we wanted to. Just wow!

I went in on a Sunday morning and was greeted by the first employee I saw..as I looked around an employee from paints also asked me if I needed help..he took me to the items I was looking for. I continued on to flooring and was again greeted warmly by a young gentleman stocking laminate flooring..I was so impressed by the fact that even after I thanked him he still offered to help me with any other questions I might have..That is what I call Great Customer Service... This happened on Sunday Feb.20th... Thank you for a Great shopping experience!!
