This place was beyond disappointing. I was a member of a large party, we all showed up, contract finalized and confirmed, money paid over, and event space rented. We were all ready to surprise another member of the group and the staff informed us that there had been an issue on their end and we could not enter. They had no solution to a problem they created. Our event was ruined because of their poor professionlism, they did not want to work with us no matter how much we tried. Staff continued to explain how they weren't sure what happened while we stood there with our executed contract and confirmation in hand. What should have been a wonderful event turned into a disaster. Would not recommend!

What an awful experience. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!!! We had a private reservation and a full contract with upfront payment and when we showed up with our entire party they told us they could not accommodate us as the seats were given to general admission patrons. The managers seemed not to care at all and could not be bothered with the mistake they made!! They basically told us good luck and have a good day with our entire party standing there!!! Management is absolutely terrible, how embarrassing!

This place’s professionalism deserves zero stars. My party and I reserved the entire space, paid, executed the contract; we left no stone left unturned. And my party of 16 who rented the space and had a confirmation was turned away. It was a surprise birthday party and they offered no recourse for THEIR MISTAKE. They received their money, they confirmed and then they turned us away with no recourse. Unbelievably unprofessional and would not recommend. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Do not book here, if they can turn away 16 people they will likely turn away one or two.

Had the worst experience booked a class for 16 people and confirmed for a surprise party. We had a contract signed and all and they said they couldn’t do anything. We show up at the place and they couldn’t accommodate our party that was paid in full and the surprise was ruined. We all paid for it, with confirmation and they made the mistake to book another class and they couldn’t accommodate our party at all. We were nice to ask if they could put us anywhere that we are flexible and they couldn’t. Don’t ever go here they ruin special events. I have never in my life experienced this. They also told me it has happened to other parties in the past. Don’t let this be you, don’t let them ruin your special day.
