My older daughter has been dancing at CKDS for 6 years, first in pre-k ballet class and now in the studio's "company" program in which committed students dance 3x/week. Our younger daughter just started last year. The dance instruction at CKDS is top notch and the performances incredible, but what's even better is the community within and around the school. The staff, including Ms King herself, are incredibly warm and welcoming, and they have really fostered a strong network among their families and teachers. We are so fortunate to be a part of this rich community, while our daughters benefit from fantastic dance instruction.

Our granddaughter loves it here and loves to dance. She's quite good. A very nurturing and encouraging teaching style. Perhaps they'll consider dance class for adults!!!

A great school with wonderful staff and students in a safe and educational environment. Covid made it hard to see the results of 2 years of classes for my 5-year-old daughter. But after this end-of-the-year recital, I was blown away by how great they train and structure students. Long life to Cynthia and her family!

We started our daughter around 2 and a half years old. I believe 2 is where they pretty much start. Great program!
They encourage you to reach out to them directly with questions like these, but yes they do have pre-professional level dancers.

There are a few options (preK, ballet, hip hop, tap...) There's a button on the homepage of our website where you can schedule a visit! We're having an Open House on July 1st at 3pm. Hope to see you soon! Summer classes begin July 7. :)
There are classes and programs for ages 2 1/2 through adult.
Call for an appointment. The school is really wonderful at providing both a tour and interview.
