The family running this motel are wonderful people and made me feel at home when I had a catastrophic car accident with a roaming cow in “free range” beaver county while on vacation from Oregon to the national parks. I was towed up to this area and had to spend a week stranded here but the folks who run it made me feel a whole lot better about an unfortunate situation I was stuck in. This is a great functional budget hotel and isn’t meant to be a Marriott. Ignore the silly bad reviews. Best value place in the southern salt lake area to stay and a nice family.

If I could give less Stars than one I would, for the basic reasoning of their false advertisement for breakfast, and the latest they will go for a late check-out with no fee was 10 minutes, cuz we were out of there way before that, we just like to see which hotels have better policies and treat their customers like customers. I will say though to their defense the shower got super hot and I love that, also their beds and rooms we're great not amazing but great. Just being honest for the future customers. Again no breakfast

Positive: This is an older motel, but kept fairly well. We had a king bed, and there was a couch in the room. The room was clean. The price was very very reasonable. The stff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay again. Negative: It is advertised having breakfast included, but they are not serving breakfasst because of staffing shortage. They might want to change the advertising until this is fixed.

I have stayed at this place multiple times and not had bad experiences. This time they put me on the other side of the building and there were nothing but problems. There was a huge red stain on the carpet. Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. Black hair stuck to the lotion by the sink. A big hole underneath the door to let the 21° weather come in. A whole in the drywall by the door. I will never stay at this place again. There was no help when I made mention of the issues. Staff can't do anything without the manager and the manager isn't there. Not sure why this day was so much worse than the others.
