NOT pet friendly, (pet friendly requires a $75 surprise fee), no parking (invade you didn’t read the small print), and early check in isn’t real (scrape that $20 in the trash). Sadly I booked here because I’ve stayed at EXACTLY this hotel in other cities and it’s always been great. The vibe here is snippy, and uptight.. And having to pay $75! for my cat when I’ve NEVER had that happen before was literally shocking. After I added up my room, the $75 surprise (pet friendly fee) and the early check in fee that did nothing to help me check in early I could have checked in at the Marriott across the street, they have parking, they have a restaurant, but most importantly, they didn’t lie about being pet friendly. After all that they gave me this glorious room with an amazing view of nothing. I literally feel like I was targeted to be the whipping boy . FML.

We stayed here on our trip to Arches National Park from salt lake city. It's about 40 mins drive near SLC and 3h drive to the park. The room is very clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast is also great. Parking is very convenient and free (they have a parking lot under construction but can be used now). The only downside is the room is not very sound proof, you can hear the sounds from the room nearby.

My only complaint is that we were unable to park close. They had construction, so I do understand, just located at a place with no real parking outside of smiths parking lot. Clean room and it was fully stocked. Enjoyed breakfast and the stay. Will be staying again!

I had good experience staying here. The manager was extremely courteous and checked on us to know how was the stay and if we had any concern. No complain about parking as I knew beforehand. Their parking should be available in July. Till then paid parking in Marriott (10$) or a little far free parking. Suite was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable.

Yes you can go into the hotel and ask for a application. Ask to talk to Jeans or Max.
