Go on Google and type Dr. Death. then decide if this institution has your best interest in mind.

The care I received was amazing. I was particularly impressed with my nurses - my day nurse Ericka and my night nurse Eric. They answered everything question thoroughly, were compassionate and caring, and genuinely so happy when I got better. The doctors were good too. Also, everyone I took my vitals and drew blood did painlessly and gently. I can’t recommend this hospital enough.

I wouldn't come to this emergency room! The nurses/doctors seems to not care about their patients and is more concerned with talking with each other at the desk and playing on their phones. Our nurse Sonia was very unprofessional and it seemed like she really didn't want to be at work tonight. The alarm was going off for 10 minutes before she decided to come in the room to turn it off and walk back out. I had to call her in the room to do that. This was the most careless experience I have ever had. To have someone in the medical field just not care

Baylor Women's Imaging Center is in pavilion 2.
There's lodging by the QuikTrip right next to the hospital ..
There are several hotels surrounding the hospital, and no there is not a shuttle most are within walking distance
Suspect you will have to contact them. Permissions may have to be setup. If you weren't a patient you may not be allowed any access. Call the Administrator.
You have to have the patient sign a release for the records, either by fax or mail.
I don't think so.
Use the valet service and tip the valet 5.00.
If you go to their website, they have customer service number. For this issue, I think you need to call them. They will give you the better solution. Thanks!
That number isn't available on the website. You'd need to contact their HR department.

Please check the website for Medicare and champ va for a general surgeon. If there is a recall for the mesh, then go back to the surgeon that put it in. They'll have the appropriate information including serial #, which will trace it back to the manufacturer.
Yes, they do.
No it does not. They do deliver babies or care for NICU babies at this location.
