I brought my daughter to be seen , I walked in and The nurses are rude and has no sense of urgency . I was standing there for a few minutes before anyone addressed my concerns. The only positive thing I have to say about the hospital is the doctor and the registrar Tiffany.

Terrible… BEFORE DELIVERY: i went in the ER because i was going into labor and having hardcore contractions. the first thing i was asked was “do i speak english?”. it really threw me off because i didn’t even get the chance to speak, so was it because the way i looked? then the same lady asked me for my medicaid card and made my husband go all the way back to the car to look for it and just stood there waiting WHILE I WAS HAVING CONTRACTIONS. i was just there the day before for a check-up and the dr was really nice and i had given all my info to them. they assured me that it would be quick and easy when i did come in to give birth. another nice nurse stepped in because she saw me in pain and finally took me to a room. about 5 people asked me why i haven’t been to an OB and i kept having to explain the sudden medicaid error. i felt very judged from the beginning of labor. AFTER DELIVERY: the pediatrician abraham refused to medically release me because my baby weighed 6lbs? which isn’t even far from average weight and i am a very petite woman as well. my baby had no health issues and i wasn’t a high risk pregnancy at all. i had literally zero complications. i explained that i wanted to leave due to my experience there and it had already been 24hrs. i still ended up leaving because i was super uncomfortable. only to have the hospital literally call CPS on me for leaving. worst hospital i have ever been to! their social worker came in asking about my husband if he’s kind to me and about our relationship as if he’s abusive or something. i didn’t like all the implications and assumptions that were made towards my family because we have dark eyes and dark hair. honestly would highly recommend you STAY AWAY from this hospital if you are a minority or if you have medicaid.

With the wound care and cleanliness of this facility. I have a diffrent surgen every day tell me another story. I have dealt with some of the the nastiest wound care and nurses in my life. They don't have sanitation at all. They give you wipes and think that is going to fix. A wound. When really they need someone that knows how to sanitary. I have been here 18 days and have 3 stomach wounds not to happy about their . I woke up with a colostomy bag and my whole stomach cut open with a vac on my belli button to drain the in fection on my right side. The nurse Im talking bout that is nastiest wound care was Debbie she worked on wenesday and Friday. Terri worked on Mondays and. She is very prffesional. I did not have any problems with my Dr.s they listened and cared. They saved my life.

How do I find the names of doctors retest saw me when I was in Plano hospital?
There is a support/educational group. Call the hospital and ask for The Diabetes Wellness Center. They are great and always available to help!
Yes, & All hospitals Does!
Call the main hospital for assistance but there isn't a psychiatric ward there.
Yes. If it is a HMO you need to make her your PCP for insurance to cover. PPO no problem.
Lol no
Therebis an exit off of Parker Rd, between the main entrance and the parking garage. That is where discharged patients are picked up.
At the entrance
Not that I am aware, but you can call and ask.
Yes there are usually wheel chairs at the front. But if not the reception desk will get one for him. And there is chairs close by to sit and wait
1) Use the internet, 2) Locate the phone number for the doctor's office. 3) Call the office to make the appointment.
He does not speak Spanish

This hospital was the worst! After a car accident, I ended up here. I had to dress my own bloody wounds with gauze that I found in a drawer in the room. Then I sat in a room for hours alone... Only to find out that they forgot I was there. I was billed more than 8k for my stay. I shared my awful experience and pictures from the hospital on Google and the hospital contacted me stating they don't have a record of me ever being a patient. In response, I sent them my bill and payment receipt for 8k plus. I never heard from the hospital again after that.
Check with Operator or Information Desk
Internal Medicine Associates of Plano. You will need to call to see if they are taking new patients. I have been a client for 7 years and this group of doctors are wonderful! Good luck!
Look one up by either calling your insurance or searching online through their website.
