Terrible customer service The guy name Erik or Eric and his manager both know nothing about customer service. I went in there to see why my 2018 E300 the window button came out in my hand without any force or any hit, just like that. They wanna charge me for it $450 My car 30 k miles U should have taken care of me under Benz Will like what u do for others. Need to educate ur managers and staff how to do business. If he done it, i would change my 4 tires from them, but I cancelled everything because he is not capable to deliver. Reply to your comment. My friend has the same situation and did not buy it from you, and you got it fixed for free. I am very disappointed for mercedes car where the window button came out without any force and any misuse. Very bad quality

(Although I didn't buy my car from him ) He was there to go over the vehicle I had purchased online and assisted me with going over the specs and options. I look forward to buying my replacement E63 from MB of Plano and specifically from Sterling Eubanks.
