Take it in if you think it is a warranty repair. Otherwise take it to Louden Motor Services in Dallas. Dealership is very very expensive.
They are VERY friendly but bring your checkbook. I just replaced an air shock on my Mercedes, not too bad a job at home.
AutoHans in Addison. Best work for the best price, imo. If your car is out of warranty, never take it to the dealership. They’ve completely lost their minds on pricing. Wanted to charge me eight grand to replace the transmission in my ‘04 SL500. Got it replaced for three out the door and it runs great.
