The shakes were delicious, and the one lady who did all the work was really nice. The other lady, not so much.

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Thank you for asking... we are very proud of how we handle safety during this extraordinary period - for both our guests and our employees. For those not venturing out, we have expanded our delivery services to include Doordash, Postmates, Caviar, Grubhub, Ordering.app, UberEats and EZCater. Don't want delivery, but don't want to leave your car? Order ahead from our curbside site at www.benandjerrysdallas.com. We will bring your treats right out to you. Our employees wear PPE gloves and masks and fill out CDC questions prior to each shift. We have also installed medical grade ozone producing UV in our HVAC systems which run 24/7. Look up the REME Halo system - it is pretty impressive. It kills nearly all bacteria and viruses within 2 seconds. Preliminary tests by the company show it also kills corona viruses. We also are on a strict ECOLAB sanitation schedule. We sanitize all common guest surfaces (counters, door handles, faucet handles, etc) every hour. Thanks again!

I want to buy some bourbon pecan pie ice cream, but I find it difficult to find in PLano. Where can I buy this flavor?

We LOVE this flavor. Unfortunately, this exclusive Texas flavors was retired this year and sent to the Flavor Graveyard (It's a real thing). However, if you go to www.benjerry.com, there is a form to resurrect a flavor from the graveyard. They do that as a limited batch occasionally.
