Old Navy SUCKS! BEWARE!!! If you do a lot of on line orders from them like I did, keep that nasty bag/box that has all the germs and looks like it’s been through heck. They know longer ship orders with a receipt. The nasty bag/box is your receipt. Old Navy will take back orders from you without a receipt 3 or 4 times then ban you from returning any item for 360 days!!! That’s right 360 days! With so many stores hurting for business now a days, you would think they would have better customer service than this! I called their customer service and the girl hung up on me! I was speaking in a very claim, using no profanity voice! No reason for her to hang up. Customer service out the window! I called back, to ask to speak to a supervisor. I just so happed to get the same girl named Sierra that hanged up on me. She said I would get a call back within 24-48 hours that was Saturday today is Tuesday Still NO Phone Call! They just lost a very Good Customer! I shopped there for many years for four family members!! NO MORE Wished Google would let you give negative stars….
