Went to exchange a bra: it was hectic & as a result I was misunderstood and left stressed & not knowing if my exchange was correct. After checking my email, realized I still needed the other thing I asked for so I just took care of it online. Overall the experience here is top notch and VS is my go to place for lingerie but this day was questionable.

If Victoria's secret gives us two or more reward cards, we can only use 1 or 2 of them, the other ones are somehow not redeemable. Also, it has become more expensive and not worth it. They barely have any unlined bras too.

1. Everything is outrageously expensive. 2. Most of the bras are extremely uncomfortable and you can't even get them on w/o help from a close trusted someone. 3. The 2 ladies working there only were nice when helping me find my bra size. That is why there are even 2 stars. I don't understand why this place is so glorified being that it takes a whole paycheck for 2 bras...

Was walking by and noticed the sale being advertised, so stopped in.staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Cashier were wonderful when I asked to pause my transaction to grab something else for a family member. Highly recommend!
