Was just there and I had a horrible experience. I purposely left an item behind my mother wanted, did not buy anything and walked out. I felt like a fish with a bunch of sharks around. They have Louis Vuitton books (which aren't authenticated by the way) with a print out from Mercari of someone else's listing. Who puts a $1200 price tag on a diamond ring that is probably only worth 3-$400 at a second hand store?!! On top of that, there were pieces I have been eyeballing for the past 6 months, still there, no clearance on it even when I asked, not even wiling to go down on the price. POOR POOR WAY TO TREAT LOCAL CUSTOMERS who have been shopping there prior. I said thank you as I left and they would not even say a word and ignored us. I will never ever go back to this place again. I would suggest if you really want your business to make money, learn how to treat your customers. Staying on top of them constantly, and pushing your sales, is not the way to do it. Price your items to sell at a reasonable price, and know your merchandise as well as what items are actually selling for not what they are listed for on Mercari. I would like to note that it was the sales women who were sharks... I have purchased here prior and never felt like this.

My hidden jewel of a consignment shop. There is ALWAYS a good find here. Lots of high-end options immaculately cared for. A+++ condition. She DOES NOT take poorly cared for items. Love, love, love this place. I almost hate telling folks about it 😄

I came in today for the first time and i was not disappointed.. the employees were so welcoming and helpful.. They asked if I was looking for anything specific I let them know and they guided me to all the right areas.. there quality is amazing so the prices are priced fairly for what they have.. you will honestly be getting the best items.. the store is very organized with clear signs on items and Brands. The dressing rooms are very roomy as well. I found the most absolutely performing fitting jumpsuit and I had been searching for one for a while. I can’t wait to go back to there location. I highly recommend

This place is awesome! Since the first time I saw this shop across from Moreno’s, I go in intermittently and always find 2-3 items easily. I’m slowly getting my wardrobe where I want it. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to bring my mama, Grandma, and gal pals here! One downside—hard to get here when they’re open between work and school schedules. Today is the second time I came over and they’re actually not open. So bummed! :(
