From my point of view the grounds are well kept nice clean environment. Very quiet and tranquil.

Do you have to be 55+ to rent a mobile home in this park?If no how much per month is a 2bed room.My moms 65 and Im 31 both disabled and looking for something resonable and something better then subsdised complexes.We live off 60 and beverly in one.
