Very disappointed. Went to the store today to make a payment on my card since it was after the cutoff time to do it online since I got stuck at work. I checked Google for store closing times and the Torrid website and it was posted at 8pm . Got to the store at 730 today and low and behold, the store was closed, apparently at 6pm. One would think they would update their Google listing and their website to let people know the correct time. What a waste of a trip. Torrid can't keep their act together. Not to mention the last few times I've been in there the selection of clothing and especially shoes in the larger sizes has not been good.

Shirine, the store manager was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so good about myself. I've never stopped at Torrid before and she made sure I knew exactly what to look for and gave me awesome suggestions! Left with so much more than clothes today! To my new friend, so glad our signs get along 😉
