let me start off by saying if I could give zero stars I would…. now that that is out of the way let me explain why. Not everyone works a 9-to-5 job we all know this. Not to mention it says they close at 9 PM this occurred at 8:30 PM yes I understand 30 minutes till close on a Saturday night everyone is ready to go home, my wife who had just gotten off of work, feeling very sick, goes to the only urgent care open at this time on a Saturday night, the lady states to her that they are closed. For one it’s 8:30 PM not 9:00 PM so ma’am you were not closed yet you just didn’t want to see one more patient. I get it I have worked in the ER before so I understand that feeling. But if you were going to stop seeing patients however long before you close then turn off the lights lock the door and leave because at that point you aren’t doing anything other than maybe stocking shelves in rooms like I said before, I get it but you are in the health care profession to help those who are sick. I’m sorry you chose the profession that you chose. I will not ever recommend this place or personally go there again do your job or find a new one.

If I could rate this location a ZERO, I would do so without hesitation. September 1, 2022 Why does this location stop receiving patients at 8:15PM although the sign on the door shows closing time is at 9:00? As soon as I walked into this clinic with ZERO patients in the lobby, I was met at the door by an elderly assistant who told me (verbatim)... "She stop taking patients at 8:15. She is wiping down right now and on her way out to pick up her baby. She can't see you, but we open at 6:00 in the morning." I looked at my watch and noted the time, 8:20. This makes absolutely NO SENSE. I do not feel well, but I was DENIED service because the NP chose to close 45 minutes earlier. August 30, 2022 I visited this SAME location at 8:45 PM. There was a lobby full of patients. I was told by a very sweet, younger assistant that they stopped receiving patients at 8:30 PM. That makes more sense especially with a lobby full of patients. I understood and walked away. Both scenarios occurred at the SAME location during the SAME week around the SAME time. It is an awful shame and unethical to be turned away 45 minutes PRIOR to the actual closing time. No excuse whatsoever. The lobby was EMPTY, yet I was refused service. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to this location as you would be turned away 45 minutes PRIOR to closing time. If you ARE going to close 45 minutes PRIOR to what is being advertised on the website AND on your door, then please be considerate and professional by including this in fine print underneath the 9:00 closing time: "At any time, we may decide to close 45 minutes prior to the stated closing time." SHAMEFUL.

Since this walk in clinic opened several years ago, I have used it many times. I have experienced professional & expertise services from all personnel at all times. Ms. May has been a favorite nurse and asset as well. The fact that the NP’s takes their time with each patient is impressive. You will NOT be disappointed with this walk in clinic!

Fast and friendly care when you really need it. Excellent service, with nurses and doctor's that actually take the time to listen to the patient. Thank you....

Hi, I do know they take insurance, I'm not an employee there but usually if a doctor orders for it, it should be covered by insurance (although lab corp is expensive on some and low on others, and do take insurance) Hope this helps! Their staff is great, I would call and talk about your treatment! Good luck!!
I believe they can. They are very good there, and nice too 👍
No you have to go your pcp for that medicine
Yes, they have that ability. If IV hydration is urgent then likely referral will be made to the ER where higher level testing can be administered. Thanks, Staff
It's no fun to have a problem like that, We routinely see patients for that issue regularly. There likely was some unusual circumstance and I'm sorry that they couldn't explain to you the reasoning behind their decision. I will be handing your inquiry to the office manager for review. Hope you are better! Mgt.
