Cincy shirts product and cust serv is always "tops" (pause for dad-joke groan) By far it's head and shoulders above the standard. Helpful friendly staff with quick service, got 3 dope custom prints and a few other things in roughly 15 min. Staff also juggled a few other customers in that time but never felt like anyone had to wait their turn. I can't wait to load these new shirts into my t-shirt cannon and watch the fam fight over them like desperate singles at the bouquet toss.

Cincy Shirt is great! Lots of local shirts and they can print on demand. Love the softness of their shirts and the humor. Staff is friendly and helpful.

If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would leave it. I have been very patient ordered shirts 2 weeks ago. Never got a tracking number, emailed multiple times. I have yet to receive and email follow up or anything.
