Bailey provided the best customer service I’ve received in years (9/30/22)! She really went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for as I was becoming discouraged not finding what I wanted, in my size. She asked if I liked sweaters and cardigans and offered to look in the back at new fall inventory and took a few pictures of sweaters on the racks to show me. I fell in love with one of the sweaters and bought it in 3 different colors! Bailey showed kindness and I ended up with new sweaters that I absolutely love! She literally made my day and gave me happy tears. Thank you for the excellent customer service Bailey! I will be returning to Express in Kenwood.

Jen the manager (brown hair and tattoos) treated me absolutely terrible. She belittled me in front of her fellow employees to look powerful as I was only asking about the return policy on an item. I also heard her cussing and saying bad things about another customer as I was looking for a replacement item. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on clothes at this location and to be treated like I have and here how she talks about other customers with such disrespect is sad coming from such amazing location in kenwood. Hopefully express Rids people like this from management because it will keep customers away.

Terrible customer service. Wasted over 30 mins at cash register because of stores inability to complete a simple transaction. Lost 10 dollars in the process.
