This was the filthiest and most disorganized Forever 21 I have ever been in. Their "sparkly glitter floor" is covered in black dirt and there are clothes on the floor everywhere - to the point where it's a tripping hazard. We actually walked in, tried to give it a chance by going upstairs, and then walked back out because we couldn't fathom shopping there. On top of that the associate upstairs had her phone and food laying on a pile of clothes with her earbuds in listening to music. Ugh.

Shout out to the young lady that allowed my little one to purchase an item and return it , though it was a mark diwn , she respected the fact that we were leaving headed back out of town.

Store is disgusting clothes everywhere....will never come back... 😒 Can't find anything. Maybe they Rearrange the store ...
