DO NOT go here. I was not able to get the name of this person but she has short brown hair. Works in the front desk and gave my mother a bad attitude. I currently have a horrendous very painful medical condition called TSW. My mother and I have suffered greatly due to this condition. It’s really difficult for me to wear a mask because my face is so irritated. At 99% of places they have been understanding of this because my condition is very visible. The most ridiculous thing now is that most places don’t require a mask. Every single patient in that room does not wear a mask anywhere else. Some EMTs entered the room without a mask and this woman did not say anything to them. They are with sick people all day long. If it was a true concern, every single person should be wearing a mask. I was far away from all patients and I brought my mask down to my chin (because my skin is actively weeping), while being more than 15 feet away from every single person. Not posing a threat to anyone. Even though my situation is so bad I still brought the mask. Because I am sick I never leave the house and I’m never in contact with sick people. You don’t know what people are going through so do not assume anything about people “not” wearing a mask. Don’t group people together because everyone is different. Not even airports require masks. I had to go stand outside because I needed to take the mask off; I currently have wounds throughout my ENTIRE body and I have a limp because of it. Not only is my skin hurting but muscles were hurting too. I am actually a health care provider (a licensed dental hygienist) and the doctors assistant was wearing gloves and touching everything, the gloves look old, although this person was kind, the office needs a course on infection control. Basic for a place like this. And the rude receptionist need a new job because health care is for people who have the ability to have compassion due to the nature of the job.

Honestly This place was a little good before but it's been horrible for a while now.

Don’t go there my wife figure skin came off and when we got there she kept bleeding after they took off the bandage from what she had on from home and when was bleeding so much she almost passed out and lost her breath. I don’t know what they was doing but felt like they don’t know what they doing. Need a real doctor there please they can kill people. My wife almost passed out and her heart rate was gone. And the room it’s so tiny with so many people in the room. Just 1st time and didn’t like the experience.

Worst experience.. I went in not feeling well. They ran tests and everything came back negative. PA Valencia basically said it's a common cold and to take mucinex and Tylenol. Well turns out I have pneumonia in both lungs
