Horrible customer service they barely speak English when you call customer service, have you on hold for ever and are very rude!

The service called to confirm an appointment last week and then no one showed. After numerous calls and messages left, no one returned the phone call to plan an actual visit. My mother is 95 and has been made to wait an unnecessarily long time. A few months ago she waited for the lab to come as promised by the visiting doctor. That did not happen and we had to take her out of her home to get the labs needed. When calling the service for answers, you’re on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Very poor service. Unreliable.

So Michelle Cintron makes pretend she wants to help you but then she blocks her phone she makes available to you. I got two texts to confirm and did eventually speak to someone on the phone to confirm an appointment. Guess what happened next? Absolutely nothing. I’m not a person that prays that often but I am praying for you. God just informed me that he forgives me because you actually deserve it. You better make this right because there are plenty of forums to talk about you to and I really have a lot of time on my hands.

Very disappointed that during a time of need this program couldn't provide an authorization for hospice care. They failed to show up for scheduled appointments and out right lied to our family that someone was on the way. They rescheduled buy couldn't come for 4 days. We had no choice but to take our mom to the hospital. Now they are scheduling visits once per week, and she is in the hospital! Unbelievable. Don't use them unless it is a last resort.
