Wish I could give 0 stars. I had a 2:30 appointment, and was left in the waiting room until after 4pm. Left without even being seen.

Maybe my rating would be higher if you could actually call them but they never answer. Not only that but they never return your calls either, it's as though they don't even check the voicemails. You have to go in person to get anything done. A massive inconvenience when MetroCards cost money.

Difficult to get a first dental appointment. When I finally did - I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and a surprisingly short wait time to be called for my appointment. Technician that did my xrays was professional and nice. So far - so good. Then the dentist I was assigned came in to review my case. Dr. Zaklama was her name. She was not friendly or understanding. I kept trying to explain that I can't afford the treatment plan/specialist she insists on, but she didn't seem to care. Just kept insisting I see another specialist before I come back in 6 weeks. No, thank you. I'll see another dentist that maybe takes their patients financial constraints into consideration before sending them for treatment that they cannot afford to complete. I left the office feeling like she didn't want to treat me as a patient. I'm done with this place after one visit with an uncaring dentist.
