I went today as walking to get my DOT card. The examination was quick without any problems, with excellent service, the staff was very polite and answer all my questions. I do not need to go back to the DMV office because they will fax all the paperwork. I will recommend this place, yes. Thank you

I went for a dot physical and was denied by an inexperienced nurse. My first blood pressure reading qualified me to receive a 1 year certificate, but I was told to take the test again, which, then I was stressed, but the stressed reading qualified me for at least a 3 month certificate. I will be taking legal action if I’m denied my certificate! If you’re not a middle eastern they will try to screw you!
