AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! It's not worth saving $50 to go through the headache. All I needed was a renewal, and after 4 days of waiting, I never received an email with the Rx. I had to demand a refund.

UPDATE: the business contacted me and explained a malfunction in their booking system. They refunded my fees. Terrible scheduling and nobody ever knows anything, even if you have your confirmed appointment details before you call them. Had to send multiple emails and phone calls just to set up a time, AFTER I has selected a time online. The online system is completely useless - you schedule a time, but the scheduling agent can’t see it, so you have to wait for someone to call you to set it up. They blew past the time I had scheduled with zero contact and I had to chase them down. When the appointment was finally scheduled, the doctor didn’t show up!!! I called three times and sent three emails and got zero update on why they were late or if they were ever coming. I’ve asked for my money back and so far no response from them. We will see if they refund it or if I have to report them to the BBB and medical board. Completely unprofessional.

This website is so easy to use and they have great customer service (shoutout to Chloe, she's awesome) I filled my application and I was able to schedule an appointment and had an online consultation with a physician the same day. My card is already on the way. Thank very much

I filled out the application, did the phone interview with the doctor (painless), and registered. Quick and relatively easy process. Currently just waiting for card to be mailed, will update when I receive. Would recommend, very trustworthy.
